Please note that you will be required to enter your departmental budget code to be debited with the costs of your order during the booking process. 

External registrations - £100

Registration fee includes participation to the entire meeting, refreshments, lunches and wine reception on the evening of 7 September. 

Please note attendance at this Symposium is worth a maximum of 14 CPD points.  Please send an email to events@oncology.ox.ac.uk with the number of hours you have attended, certificates will be sent after the event.
