Objectives (Mag./NA): 4x/0.2 Air, 10x/0.45 Air and 20x/0.75 Air.

Lamp: Nikon brightfield lamp.

Excitation: Lumencor Spectra X light source with LED excitation from 380 nm – 680 nm

Emission: Filters for 435 – 485 nm, 460 – 500 nm, 500 – 550 nm, 520 – 550 nm, 570 – 640 nm and 662 – 737 nm.

Detectors: Hamamatsu Orca Flash 4.0 V2 sCMOS with 2048 x 2048 pixels and peak QE of 82% at 580 nm. Nikon DS-Fi2 colour with 2560 x 1920 pixels.

Software: NIS Elements Advanced Research

Accessories: Perfect Focus System (PFS), temperature and CO2 controlled incubation and motorised stage.

 

Used for: Live-cell time-lapse studies, fixed samples, pathology colour imaging and tiling. Phase-contrast available.
