Lamp: CoolLED pE-4000 white light source.

Excitation: CoolLED pE-4000 with 16 wavelengths between 365 nm – 770 nm.

Emission: Filters for 435 – 485 nm, 515 – 555 nm, 565 – 615 nm, 592 – 667 nm and 670 + nm.

Detectors: Andor Zyla 4.2 PLUS sCMOS with 2048 x 2048 pixels and peak QE of 82% at 580 nm.

Software: NIS Elements Advanced Research

Accessories: Motorised stage


Used for: Fixed samples, multi-colour and tiling. DIC available.
