RESEARCH SUMMARY

My research focuses on the ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) in DNA repair and radiotherapy

About

I am a third year DPhil student investigating the protein VCP/p97 within the ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) as a potential target of radiosensitisation. My work aims to understand the mechanism of p97 in DNA damage and repair pathways. I graduated BSc in Biomedical Science from Imperial College London and MRes in Oncology from the University of Oxford.
