Tracy has over 10 years' experience of working in Higher Education Institutions in the UK as a lecturer, module leader, and course leader, as well as supporting, mentoring and training staff in all aspects of teaching in Higher Education. 

As the Senior Teaching Fellow in the Department of Oncology, Tracy's role is the strategic oversight of the  organisation and management of our taught MSc courses, providing support and guidance for Teaching Fellows, Course Directors, Lecturers and administrative staff to ensure that the courses run smoothly. Tracy also provides support for teaching methods, she works with existing lecturers as well as early career researchers who wish to develop their skills in teaching, and provides training and guidance in teaching, learning and assessment. 

Tracy is specifically responsible for managing teaching and learning on the part-time, distance learning MSc in Precision Cancer Medicine, where she manages both asynchronous and synchronous online activities, as well as the face to face Residential School, and dissertation projects. Tracy also works with students directly, providing tutorials to assist them in developing general academic and transferable skills throughout the course.
