What happens after referral?

Once we have received a referral, you will be invited to come to meet us in clinic.  We have a clinic on Monday afternoons in the Churchill Hospital from 2-5pm.  You will be asked to bring a list of your current medications along with you.  Please invite family members to accompany you if you wish.

At this appointment, you will meet one of the research doctors who will go over your medical history, assess your current symptoms and review your medications.  The doctor will discuss the types of clinical trials we run and assess whether you are suitable to enter one.  They will either provide you with information about a specific study at this meeting or arrange a second meeting to give you the Patient Information Sheet.
