The Perkin Elmer Ivis Spectrum is a biolumiscence and fluorescence imaging scanner, equipped with both reflective and transmission fluorescence capabilities. We have developed a 5-mouse respiration monitoring system for the scanner, so that the depth of anaesthesia can be monitored and controlled during the scans. |
