Training Development & EDI Manager
Hannah joined the department in October 2023. She is responsible for the department’s equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) strategy, including issues of ethnicity, gender, disability and widening access. In addition, Hannah administratively leads the department’s Athena SWAN programme, including writing and implementing the action plan by gathering qualitative and quantitative data and using specialist industry knowledge and various networks to identify challenges and design projects and policies to address imbalances. Hannah is also responsible for the professional development of staff with responsibility for the training and development strategy.
