Join our exclusive Mini Summer Camp in Applied Cancer Science, hosted at the University of Oxford, where you’ll gain firsthand insight into cutting-edge cancer research and its journey from lab bench to bedside.

Who Should Apply?
This programme is designed for undergraduate students (biomedical sciences, biology, medicine, or related fields) who are considering careers in cancer research, translational medicine, or biotechnology entrepreneurship.
Spaces are limited to 20 students.

Where will I stay?
Students will stay in the historic New College, with bed & breakfast provided, as well as the chance to experience a formal college dinner. During the weekend students could visit iconic British destinations such as Blenheim Palace in the Cotswolds, or Bicester Village.
Teaching will take place at the Department of Oncology Education Hub, Old Road Campus.

Engage in hands-on workshops and real-world case studies.
Attend lectures and tutorials by leading Oxford professors and biotech entrepreneurs. Example lecture topics include Genome Regulation, The Cancer Cell, The Tumour Niche, Cancer Immunology, DNA and Cell Targeted Therapeutics, TME Targeted Therapeutics, Immune Targeted Therapeutics, Translational Research Methods, Clinical Trials, Intellectual Property and copyright, Critical Thinking.

Fees
Price: £4,000 (exclusive of air tickets*)
What is included in main fees:
- Accommodation with B&B
- Weekdays lunches
- Formal college dinner
- Transportation to/from college to department
What is not included in fees:
- Transportation to/from airport
- General dinners
- Weekend arrangements/cultural visits
Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance issued by the University of Oxford Department of Oncology.
